Jalepeno Popper Spread

Ingredients:

2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 4 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
2 oz canned, diced jalepeno peppers, drained
1 cup grated parmesean cheese


Directions:
1.Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

2.Microwave on High until hot, about 3 minutes.

  1. Casey LOVED this. I love how it took less than 5 minutes. Casey took the leftover dip up to Ron and Pat's because he wanted to share it with RA. We took a couple other tupperware dishes back to Pat. Well, she thought that we were just returning one of her dishes with old food in it and she took the lid off the dip and dumped it in the garbage can before I knew what she was doing. You should have seen the look on Casey's face. I promised to make him some more. Just for the record, I would NEVER return a dish with old food in it!!
