1/2 bottle of your favorite bbq sauce
1/3 cup agave or honey
Dash of cayenne pepper (more if you want it hotter)
1/2 tsp of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together. Dice up the uncooked chicken and throw it into a skillet with a little oil, once the chicken is almost cooked through throw the sauce in. When the chicken is cooked, turn the heat to low and let simmer until sauce thickens. **We like to make these into sandwiches.

We cooked this up and served it on rolls for sandwiches. It was delicious. Even the girls, who don't always love BBQ flavored food loved it. Thank you!!

ReplyDeleteWow! I cannot believe how many times I messed up this comment. Anyway, we had this for dinner tonight for the first time and loved them. I'm not a big bbq sauce person but I really liked how the honey made it sweeter. I especially love how easy it is and how I always have these ingredients on hand. Thank you!
